What is the absolute best new tv serie of this fall ? Well, for once, it is a french one. And it lasts only 1:40 (yes, 1 minute 40 seconds). It's called 'bref' (short), it is addictive and perfect for people like me who don't have much more than 100 seconds to waste per day watching tv. Video below is in french, but I'm sure it will cross the pond soon.
